Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies eVamb Technologies uses on evamb.com and across our product sites (neekos.evamb.com, connext.evamb.com, connextdoctors.evamb.com, connextrefer.evamb.com), and how to manage them.
1 · What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser. We also use localStorage for the same purpose where appropriate (e.g. to remember your consent choice).
2 · What we use
Essential — always on
- evamb_consent_v1 — remembers your consent choice. localStorage. 12 months.
- Firebase Auth session — keeps you signed in (only on product sites you've authenticated to). Session cookie + IndexedDB.
- CSRF / XSRF tokens — security only. Session.
Analytics — opt-in only
- Anonymous usage metrics — only loaded after you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner. No cross-site tracking. No advertising IDs.
What we DON'T use
- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site / cross-domain tracking.
- No third-party social-share trackers (Facebook/Instagram links are plain anchor tags).
- No fingerprinting libraries.
3 · How to manage cookies
- Click Cookie preferences in the footer of any page to reopen the consent banner.
- Clear browser storage for the domain — Settings → Privacy → Site Data → evamb.com → Clear. This will sign you out of product sites and reset preferences.
- Use your browser's "Do Not Track" or strict-tracking-prevention mode — we honour both.
4 · Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time using the Cookie preferences link. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5 · Third-party services
When you visit our product sites, the following third-party services may set cookies under their own privacy policies: Google Firebase (auth, hosting), Supabase (auth, database — product sites only), Stripe (billing, product sites only). We do not control those cookies; they operate under each provider's policy.
6 · Updates
If we materially change this policy, we re-show the consent banner so you can re-confirm your choice.
